Why We Use Tungsten Steel Material?
High Hardness
Tungsten steel is extremely hard, allowing for precision cutting and long-lasting performance.
Exceptional Wear Resistance
It resists wear and abrasion, reducing the need for frequent die replacements.
Excellent Heat Resistance
Tungsten steel can endure high temperatures without losing strength, making it ideal for high-speed stamping processes.
High Strength and Toughness
Tungsten steel maintains sharp edges, delivering consistent, precise cuts for motor lamination production.
Precision and Accuracy
It can withstand heavy loads and impact, ensuring reliable performance during complex stamping operations.
Our Stamping Die Design & Manufacturing Capabilities
From concept to completion, we provide customized, comprehensive, and innovative solutions for motor lamination Stamping die manufacturing.
Design and CAD Modeling
Using CAD/CAM software, we design the stamping die based on the customer’s stator and rotor drawings, ensuring precision. Our designers also provide constructive suggestions for improvement.
Manufacturing Process
The stamping die, including punch and die block, is made using CNC, wire-cutting machines, and grinders, ensuring components meet design specifications with tolerances of 0.005 mm(0.0002 inches).
Prototype Testing and Adjustment
A small sample of the die is tested for performance, key dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, and hardness. If any issues arise, mold adjustments are made before mass production.
Final Inspection and Mass Production
After the sample is verified and no issues are identified, the die undergoes a final inspection using CMM and other measurement tools, followed by mass production of motor laminations.

Our Die/Mold Solutions
With extensive mold development experience and a complete process system, we provide customized solutions, ensuring effective support for design, production, and maintenance challenges.

Non-Eccentric Tension Giant Gyro Structure
This solution addresses the issue of high unilateral tension in the synchronous belt of the large rotation structural component of the rotor core within material molds in the industry. Resolving the imbalance in tension, it helps prevent uneven wear and improves product accuracy.

Tungsten Steel Insert Solution for Easy Wear Parts
This solution focuses on the quick replacement and precision recovery of easily worn parts in the giant rotary fixed rotor core mold.Utilizing tungsten steel inserts ensures the stability of stamping production and enhances the longevity and efficiency of the mold components.
